My Story & Experience
Throughout my career, I’ve honed two pivotal strengths: strategic thinking to tackle complex problems, and compassion to nurture others in their growth. This combination enables me to observe workplace behaviors and provide actionable guidance for navigating complex people, legal, and organizational challenges.
My fascination with human behavior and development took root during my undergraduate studies in Human Development at Cornell University, where I explored the science behind how people grow and adapt. I obtained my legal degree at Harvard Law School, where I honed strategic thinking and problem-solving skills that proved instrumental in my legal and corporate career.
As an employment litigator at the global law firm Morgan Lewis, I saw firsthand how management practices can directly affect employee well-being and organizational success. This experience fueled my commitment to fostering healthier workplace cultures. As an Adjunct Professor for the Human Resources Development Master’s program at Villanova University, I taught future HR leaders how to navigate employment law while fostering a positive employee experience and aligning with organizational goals.

My career then advanced at JPMorgan Chase, where I spent over 13 years as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, developing deep expertise across the full spectrum of financial services businesses globally. I supported Human Resources, led multinational teams, and tackled complex employee relations issues, all while staying true to my passion for mentoring others and driving organizational success.
To further refine my expertise, I studied the science, evidence-based models and tools for coaching and obtained a Certificate in Executive Coaching, Human Capital Management at NYU, a program accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
In my community, I am part of the NY/NJ Regional Board of Directors of the Anti-Defamation League (anti-hate and bias), the Board of Directors for iCouldBe (virtual youth mentoring), and the Executive Committee of AWARE NYC – Assisting Women through Action, Resources and Education (supporting local charities focused on women/girls).
